Pilates is a practice designed to improve posture and reduce your risk of injury by focusing on whole-body strength, improving muscle tone and increasing joint mobility. Pilates is particularly effective for those with lower back  pain. 



As a qualified England Athletics running coach, I will help you train smarter while preventing injuries and avoiding common mistakes, so you can complete and, most importantly, enjoy running.
