Pilates is a practice designed to improve posture and reduce your risk of injury by focusing on whole-body strength, improving muscle tone and increasing joint mobility. Pilates is particularly effective for those with lower back or shoulder pain.
Pilates is taught on a one to one basis beginning with a postural assessment and initial consultation. Pilates is suitable for all ages and abilities.
