Fitness and keeping active for me is a way of building confidence, self-esteem, and maintaining a good mental balance.

My main focus is fitness for enjoyment and helping people to maintain a positive body image. I have a specific interest in running and, along with being a personal trainer, I am an England Athletics Running Coach. I teach fitness classes, am a STRONG by Zumba, ((BOUNCE)) instructor and am working towards my Level 3 Pilates qualification.  


As a mum of 2 enthusiastic boys, I enjoy helping other women to access the benefits of exercise during and after pregnancy in a safe and effective way.


I'm always enthusiastic in my sporting efforts but my medal collection is mainly for participation. What I lack in personal skill, I very much make up for in enthusiasm and tenacity.

I love running and have raced all distances from 5km to 100km. My preference changes but I'm always focused on the distance I am training for and striving for a PB.  


I love swimming, strength training and running long distances. My crowning glory being a 100km Ultra Marathon from London to Cambridge where I was surprised to be 3rd female. It turns out I have have a special skill for eating and running at the same time.
