All runners remember their first 10km. It's exciting and nerve-wracking and you'll probably wonder at some point why on earth you signed up. Let us take the guess work out of training, hold you accountable to your schedule and support you every step of the way.

 

We'll help you train smarter while preventing injuries and avoiding common mistakes. Ultimately we'll support you to complete and (most importantly) enjoy your first 10km.

My First 10km

  • Once you've signed up, we'll get the ball rolling with some supportive emails to introduce ourselves and get you in the running mood. 

    You'll be allocated your personal coach who will contact you a month before your training plan is due to start (or straight away if it is less than a month). They'll chat about your fitness and goals for your first 10km. Based on this, you'll receive your training plan and have a further conversation with your coach to make sure you understand the details and can access everything you need. 

    Your support and training are fully personalised and will adapt and change as you progress. We'll contact you every week to talk through your training, offer advice, answer your questions and make any adaptations. 

    The support we provide is designed to help you complete and enjoy your first 10km. You have to put in the hard work but we'll be behind you every step of the way (and training alongside you too!)
